We guarantee 100% Customer Satisfaction and to deliver of our services within the agreed SLAs. In the event of any shortcomings they will be addressed quickly and effectively.
Security: Controllable security measures and preventive measures are taken to ensure network security.
Our Service Availability: Monday – Friday, between 8:00 am- 5 pm CST.
Some examples of DocSolutionUSA’s SLAs:
E-recording – Submission of documents for e-recording purposes to various Counties -within 1-2 business Days- depending upon volume and any special requirements- if applicable.
***The timing required by each county to e-record the documents will be added to the existing SLA.
Mail out: Documents are mailed out for recording purposes, within 1-2 business days upon receipt - depending upon volume and any special requirements- if applicable.

Document Execution and Notary: Documents are being executed and notarized within 1-2 business days (this process includes Due Diligence and Review of all required supportive documentation) - Depending upon volume and any special requirements.
Collateral Management –Custody, Protection and Collateral File Processing:
- Files are being imaged and assigned to a Secured Safe, by authorized personnel only - on the date of receipt.
- Images of the Files scanned (low volume): are available on the DocSolutionUSA web portal or Client’s FTP site- within two business days
- Images of the Files scanned (high volume): are available on the DocSolutionUSA web portal or Client’s FTP site- within five business days
- Exception reports (low volume): available to Client within a week
- Exception reports (high volume): available to Client within 2 weeks to 4 weeks.
- Releasing the Collateral Files from the Secured Safe- by authorized personnel only and Preparation of Bailee Letters (in accordance with the predetermined terms of agreement(s)): within 24 hours for 10 or less files, or within 72 hours for most larger requests.
