Custodian Services

DocSolutionUSA offers custodian services for non-securitization purposes on any loan files (safekeeping), including residential and commercial real estate loans, auto loans and personal loans.

DocSolutionUSA’s custodian warehouse is located in the Houston area. The loan files are stored in fireproof and waterproof cabinets with 24-hour video surveillance and onsite staff rotation in the secure facility. DocSolutionUSA carries specific custodian insurance to provide protection for our client.

Curative Services

DocSolutionUSA can not only identify the issue with real estate recording documents but can also offer many curative solutions to address the issue. DocSolutionUSA is experienced in running full reviews for real estate loan files, auto loans and personal (unsecured) loans by utilizing One Diligence’s software platform. DocSolutionUSA is currently a vendor for large services on Claim 22 assignment to HUD for reverse mortgages running servicing, collateral and compliance package reviews both for on-boarding, servicing transfers and > 80% MCA files. One Diligence’s software platform allows for automation of indexing, bookmarking, data extraction and automated QC to run on custom rules created for each workflow individually.
